Calling all Sales Administrators! I have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing consumables, supporting the sales team, managing marketing and sales reports, and assisting with finance-related tasks. Responsibilities: Send head of finance relevant reports. Ensure fulfilment centre is stocked with all relevant products, raising purchase orders to suppliers. Own the consumables email address, processing all new orders via Xero. Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on quotes, sell products, and process orders while ensuring customer satisfaction. Call customer base to sell soft products. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer folders with visible contracts according to company standards. Update systems with price increases and use spreadsheets to track data. Assisting sales with admin work, including certificate of acceptances, approver of CRM data, and approve sale order forms. Review sales calls, rank them, and report back to the management team on whether they have been added to the CRM. Review and complete leasing payout requests by following provided step-by-step guidance. Manage all product supply changes and requests. Assisting management when required. Assisting onboarding process of customers. General office admin and support for all staff. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in sales support and customer service. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office. Ability to follow provided step-by-step guidance while adapting to changing requirements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others. This role is office-based and you should have your own transport or be happy to take public transport. It is a rewarding but demanding role, and you must be able to work well under pressure whilst managing multiple tasks. Working hours will be 9:00 – 17:00 / 5 days a week. Job Type: Full-time.
