1st September 2024 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Systems Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems and a keen understanding of sales administration. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team and ensuring the seamless integration of security solutions for our clients. Prepare and follow up on quotations. Coordinate with the sales team to track and manage leads and opportunities. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses. Manage after-sales service and assist with any issues. Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory for quotations of projects. Schedule and oversee sales team appointments. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will: Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in security systems installation and sales administration. Proven track record in a similar role within the security industry. Skills: Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Mentor CASH software preferable, but not essential. Attributes: Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism.
