We are recruiting for a motivated Sales Administrator on behalf of our client in Lincoln. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to develop their career. As a Junior Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and office teams, handling customer enquiries, managing orders, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role offers excellent learning opportunities with clear pathways for growth.

Working: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner. Order Processing: Assist with the creation, tracking, and management of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Logistics Support: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders and handle any issues related to shipping or delivery. Document Management: Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and customer communications. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team as needed. Skills and Experience:

Experience in customer service, administration, or sales is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
