We are on the lookout for someone who can take charge of order processing and scheduling operations while bringing a positive, customer-first attitude to the table. Your Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process orders across 6 stock locations for our nationwide branches. Build strong relationships with our loyal customers through a top-notch service. Organise engineers' schedules and testing appointments to ensure smooth operations across the Northern and Midlands regions. Oversee hire arrangements, invoicing, and ensure all orders are ready for dispatch. Complete on/off hire packs with the required certifications and maintain organised filing systems.
