Sales Administrator
to join our dynamic team. This role is based in the Birmingham office, with the option to be located in Milton Keynes. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Responsibilities
Coordinate with solicitors on reservations, exchanges, notices, and completions. Create and maintain electronic plot files, distributing information across departments. Record and update key data on our sales information system and team schedules. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports for the regional management team. Manage the plot sales progression from reservation to exchange and completion. Conduct thorough Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and review Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to meet compliance standards. Process and track agent commission invoices from exchange to completion, ensuring proper approvals and forwarding to accounts. Provide general administrative support to our growing sales team. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales administration, ideally within the housing industry (essential).
