Sales Administrator – Errol, Perth – 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with occasional seasonal show stand support. Are you highly organised with strong administration and communication skills? If so, an opportunity has arisen to join our friendly Plant Sales team at Errol. The role: As a pivotal member of our Plant Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales representatives by primarily administering all sales related activities within the business, which includes paperwork, responding to enquiries, redirecting leads or complex queries seamlessly to the correct person within the plant sales team, ensuring sales representatives have all the tools necessary to ultimately grow sales revenue. Working in collaboration with the Sales Manager to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience and to maintain our strong brand reputation. You will also have responsibility for Preparation Centre Reports as well as attending to the front desk, responding to face-to-face queries in relation to plant sales, self-storage containers and caravan bays, administering contracts. What you’ll need: Previous experience in a busy administrative role and in coordinating and prioritising a varied workload. Experience of dealing with the public and providing high levels of customer service. A pro-active, can-do attitude. Accuracy in work with the ability to produce a high standard of output. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Proficient in using IT including Microsoft business applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook. Our benefits: Competitive salary. 30 days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays.
