Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and providing administrative assistance. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various IT applications. Duties Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as tracking sales figures, generating reports, and maintaining sales records. Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure that all data entered is accurate. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing support to the customer service team. Track stock levels and ensure proper inventory management, including reordering stock and managing discrepancies. Process customer orders and handle invoicing, ensuring timely delivery of products. Work with suppliers and vendors to manage stock orders, deliveries, and returns. Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Reporting. Manage the store’s paperwork, including filing, processing sales contracts, and keeping updated customer databases. Assist with payroll, staff scheduling, and employee records. Prepare and submit sales and stock reports to store management or head office. Customer Relations. Act as the point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about products, services, and promotions. Assist with product pricing, store promotions, and discounts. Marketing & Promotions. Support the development and implementation of in-store promotions or campaigns to boost sales. Assist with maintaining store displays and promotional materials. Compliance & Store Operations. Ensure that the store complies with all relevant health and safety regulations. Help the store manager with audits, stock-takes, and financial reconciliations.
