Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch

Job summary:

The role forms part of the sales support team, whose function it is to provide full operational and administrative support to the National and Sales account managers.

General duties:

Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner

Handling customer queries

Completing customer data sheets for use in online activities

Preparing quotations

Generating reports for the sales team

Generating customer status reports

Sample requests

Preparing image banks for customer use

Skills:

Advanced Excel ( Vlookups & Pivot tables ) /MS Office

Minimum 2 years experience in a sales office or customer service role within the import/export and distribution sector

Experience of supporting account managers or field sales team

Able to work to set deadlines

Be able to work on their own initiative

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels

Ability to prioritise

Fluency in another European language is advantageous
