We are looking for a Sales Administrator in our Surrey offices (covering Esher, Cobham and Surbiton).
About the role:
The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
- Working directly with the branch manager and the sales team in the local office, as well as administrative cover for another branch within the region.
- In addition to your ‘base office’ you will be expected to travel to your other office(s) on a weekly basis.
- The smooth running of all sales administration duties.
- The preparation of correspondence, sales brochures, window cards, advertising copy, and accounts.
- Ensuring the offices are appropriately stocked with stationery, brochures, marketing material and other office supplies.
- Conducting due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on all buyers and sellers and making sure the files/cases are compliant with the latest legislation.
- Administrative cover during busy periods and holiday/sickness cover for other offices within the region
Skills and experience:
The successful Sales Administrator will have the following attributes:
- Previous experience within an administrative setting.
- Smartly presented and able to handle a public facing role, both face to face and over the telephone.
- The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed, and all electronic files are kept in good order.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
