Based within the Product Team in the THG Labs Division of the business, The Sales Team is responsible for developing and executing the new business development strategy. Focusing on driving sales growth and building a solid new customer pipeline. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator is responsible for contributing to the delivery of the strategic business sales growth plan by supporting the Sales Manager and Head of Business Development. Assist in seeking prospective new customer and sales opportunities. Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, customer presentations, feasibility costings, quotations, and reports. Following up on all new business enquiries and proposals sent. Coordinating new business sales meetings, including meeting invitations, room bookings, team coordination, catering requirements, meeting room set up and after meeting support. Supporting the sales team at internal/external events and meetings as and when required. Supporting the sales team with processing internal and external mail, product samples, presentations and proposals. Updating in-house databases and reporting key metrics for management reports, such as KPIs and dashboards. Maintaining accurate files for all sales documentation and correspondence. Conducting market research to identify potential new leads. Confidently acting as the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries. Communicating effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues and managers. Helping to promote a positive working atmosphere within the company. Any other duties that may be required from time to time. Role Requirements

Excellent communication skills. Strong commercial acumen. Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to develop and build new relationships.
