Ensuring the sales database is maintained accurately and generating reports. Assisting the sales team with follow-up calls, ensuring excellent customer service is provided to build client relationships. Managing customer orders from inquiry through to delivery, providing prompt quotations and support to clients. Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent organizational ability. Ability to actively problem-solve, addressing any potential issues. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office. Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00. Friday 08:00-15:00. Interviews are to be held early January 2025.
