The Role We're excited to invite you to join our vibrant sales team as a Sales Administrator! This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our customers while gaining valuable skills and contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely completion of customer welcome calls within SLA. Proactively gather missing or incomplete information from customers. Manage and set clear expectations for customer installations. Facilitate communication between Field Sales and Operations teams. Support Customer Success Managers with administrative tasks. Verify sales documentation and ensure compliance. Conduct broadband checks for all deals. Address customer inquiries related to your responsibilities. Perform additional ad hoc tasks as required.
