WHAT IS THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast paced, growing and vibrant Wizards of the Coast team! Your job will be to support the Distribution and DTR Sales team across various tasks which may include preparing and sending communication, price lists and assets to customers, tracking orders, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS WIZARD INCLUDE:

Manage the distribution of sales assets and communication both externally and internally (to Sales/Operation teams), ensuring all customers and team members have access to the most up-to-date assets, information, and guidelines to help them make each release shine. Collect assets and key product details/dates from Marketing/Trade Marketing/Operations teams. Manage and update Sales Release Planner with key product information. Support EU Key Account Managers and EU Sales Channel Managers in managing the EU customers base. Create weekly Stock level availability file and Stock availability order forms. Support all New Releases (both Magic The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons). Check Customers Stock and Sales data files have been received and are in consistent layout weekly. Create Free-of-Charge and sample order forms when required. Support Sales & Operations team with yearly Trading Terms and bi-yearly Due Diligence process. Responsible in weekly Sales Team meeting to update team on Sales Planner.

AM I QUALIFIED? (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Experience Creating and Casting these Spells: Working towards a degree in Business or have relevant customer care/administrative experience. A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of/appreciation for geek and gaming culture. Previous knowledge/experience with Magic: The Gathering products is a plus.

Knowledge, Abilities and Characteristics of the Ideal Wizard:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks. A helpful, supportive and approachable personal style. Fantastic ability to communicate to all levels of the business. Experience with MS Office.

Time Expected to Reach Full Performance Level in Position:

3 months

Physical Requirements:

Office/Home Office environment, able to work on computer or phone for long periods of time.
