We're delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our clients busy team based in the Brownhills area. The successful Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting customers and internal production processes. Our client is a well established manufacturer, providing high quality products worldwide. Responsibilities include:

Importing schedules and using the ERP system to generate orders Managing day to day customer interactions and handling enquiries Coordinating transport/logistics bookings through numerous portals Analysing data and inputting information accurately to meet customer needs and enquiries Experience/Skills required:

Previous experience within a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A proactive and customer centric mindset Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently Working hours (39 hours per week):

Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30 Friday 07:30-12:30 Interviews are to be held as soon as possible so please apply now for this exciting permanent role.
