The Job Our customers’ experience starts with YOU! So, whether we are helping people to buy or sell their home, you will need to make them feel welcomed and looked after as soon as you meet them. We provide a Premium Service, so you could be prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings, or booking appointments for the additional services we supply such as mortgages, conveyancing, etc. Part of the time you will be in the office helping to generate new business and supporting customers, but if you are the type of person who also likes to be out and about, then the viewings will probably be the best part of the job for you! Accompanying prospective buyers to view properties and throughout these appointments, you will be pointing out positive attributes of the home, gathering feedback, and then passing any relevant information back to your vendors and branch colleagues. Open Houses are also very popular and time-effective, so you could also be hosting these events on behalf of our vendors. Managing social media pages for the branch ensuring quality content is published to promote the beautiful properties and the brand ethos. The Person Previous experience in estate agency within a sales role is preferred. A positive attitude towards work is the most important factor, as are fantastic ambassadorial qualities representing our company in the best light at all times. A genuine desire to help our customers on their forward journey, and yes, you will be the type of person that would love seeing your customers’ eyes light up when they find their perfect property! It goes without saying that you need to be responsible, reliable, smart in appearance, with great people and communication skills. A great work ethic and be focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”. You too will need a great work ethic and matching values with heaps of passion and energy. Basic computer skills are also required, although don’t worry, we will help you learn our internal IT systems. You will need a full driving license and your own car and be confident in following a busy diary of appointments. Ideally based in Canterbury, Deal, or Dover areas. Competent in creating engaging social media posts and confident with using all social media platforms.
