What You'll Do:
Guide prospective buyers through the sales process, providing expert advice and support. Showcase our high-quality developments and create exceptional customer experiences. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach. Manage and progress sales from initial inquiry to completion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on CRM systems.
What We're Looking For:
Essential: Proven experience working as a Sales Advisor with a housebuilder or property developer. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Flexibility to work weekends as part of your weekly schedule. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
