Devizes branch you’ll be responsiblefor: Assistingcustomers at the trade counter by understanding their needs andproviding productrecommendations.
Handlingcustomer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactiveattitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuringexcellent customerservice.
Completing generalwarehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organisingdeliveries and merchandising displays to a highstandard.
Occasionally mayneed to assist withdeliveries.
Thisis a full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday between 8 am - 5pm And here’s whatwe’d like you tohave: Provencustomer serviceexperience
