based in our

Gainsborough

branch you’ll be responsiblefor: Servingcustomers on the trade counter by understanding their specificneeds and providing productrecommendations.

Respondingto customer enquiries via phone & email promptly andcourteously, with a proactiveattitude.

Completing generalwarehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, puttingaway deliveries and merchandising displays to a highstandard.

Proactivelyseeking opportunities to grow sales within the branch, working withboth existing and newcustomers.

Thisis a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday toFriday between 7.30am - 5pm along with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8am- 12 noon (time off inlieu) Andhere’s what we’d like you tohave: Provenexperience in a customer facingrole.

Dependable teamplayer, prepared to support in all areas of thebranch.

Merchant or industryexperience would be ideal but not essential as full training can beprovided.

Excellentcommunication skills and confidence interacting withcustomers.
