As a Sales Advisor, you will:
- Represent clients through field-based direct sales campaigns to boost brand awareness and expand their customer base.
- Attend office meetings for skill-sharing sessions, team discussions, and client updates.
- Maintain a professional demeanor as the face of your client's brand, wearing branded clothing provided by the client.
- Complete sales forms to assist customers with the onboarding process.
- Contribute positively to the team environment, offering support, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role, such as mentoring new team members and leading meetings.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication abilities.
- A positive mindset and openness to new challenges.
- Eligible to work in the UK with no legal restrictions for this subcontracted role.
- Must be 18 years or older due to insurance policies.
