Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient, and helpful from the moment they enter the branch. Work on the SOP system and handle customer transactions. Deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures in line with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Technical Teams to maximize customer opportunities and deliver a customer-first culture. Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures. Keep the branch clean, tidy, well presented, and re-stocked. Assist the Branch Manager with obtaining and maintaining customer relationships. Support where necessary. Skills and Experience

A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service. Previous experience in a sales advisor/Customer Services position. An interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications. Able to plan, prioritize, and problem-solve. Knowledge of SOP systems. Result-driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets.
