Key Responsibilities:
Managing existing client accounts, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. Handling telephone-based sales with a consultative approach - no cold calling! Processing invoices and resolving queries efficiently. Working with Excel spreadsheets, including data analysis and reporting. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth account management.
