Sales Advisor - Construction Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading company in Kingston Upon Thames, seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. Salary of 22,500, plus OTE 55,000- 60,000 Company car provided Laptop and iPhone 4 weeks paid holiday Located in Kingston Upon Thames Supportive work environment with comprehensive training Monday to Friday In this role, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their homes, providing tailored product recommendations and preparing accurate estimates. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and benefit from a steady stream of qualified leads. Responsibilities Perform accurate measurements for customer projects Provide tailored advice on product options to meet client needs Prepare accurate quotes Communicate with customers after the quotation stage to assist with any queries and secure the order Address customer enquiries, both in person and via email Ensure a smooth and customer-focused sales process from start to finish Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, site visits, and sales opportunities Work closely with the installation teams to ensure smooth project handovers Essential Skills/Competencies Valid clean driving licence is essential (due to travelling to client sites) Previous experience in sales Strong practical skills and attention to detail Proficient in managing workloads Effective time management and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities IT proficiency Desirable Background in home improvements, construction, or a similar field is advantageous If you are an enthusiastic and motivated person who possesses the required skills, we encourage you to apply today with your updated CV.
