This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves engaging with customers and sharing their knowledge about high-quality kitchen products. This is a part-time, 9hrs/week position. Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our customer experience, helping shoppers find the perfect items to enhance their cooking adventures. Your goal? To ensure every customer leaves our store satisfied and eager to return! A Day in the Life:
Welcome every customer with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide knowledgeable insights about our range of kitchenware. Process transactions efficiently and handle any returns or inquiries with professionalism. Maintain store displays and ensure stock levels are managed effectively. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. What You Will Bring: A genuine passion for customer service and a desire to help others. Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well in a team while also being self-motivated. Adaptability to learn about new products and sales techniques. Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is advantageous.
