branch you’ll be responsiblefor: Assistingcustomers at the trade counter by understanding their specificneeds and providing productrecommendations.
Handlingcustomer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactiveattitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuringexcellent customerservice.
Completing generalwarehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organisingdeliveries and merchandising displays to a highstandard.
Thisis a full time, permanent role - Monday to Friday between 8am -5pm Saturday rota basis 8am-12 (paidovertime) And here’swhat we’d like you tohave: Provencustomer serviceexperience
