Are you enthusiastic about kitchenware and love helping customers? ProCook is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our vibrant team at ProCook Portsmouth! This is a Part-time 8 hours per week position.
Your Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, enhancing the shopping experience, and driving sales in our store. You'll engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with the best kitchen solutions ProCook has to offer. What You’ll Do:
Welcome customers and assist them in finding kitchenware that meets their needs. Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits to engage customers effectively. Process sales transactions quickly and accurately. Help maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store clean and organized. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and objectives. Participate in training and development initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor. Understand product lines and answer customer questions. Engage with customers to promote products and secure sales. Assist in stock management and replenishment. Support the team in everyday operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow. Who You Are: A passion for kitchenware and cooking. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude. A desire to meet and exceed sales targets. A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks. Comfortable using technology and POS systems.
