Overall purpose of the role:
As an AEG (Electrolux) Sales Advisor for Major Domestic Appliances, you will be forming part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of sales enthusiasts, dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance for our client, Electrolux Group.
Your primary responsibility is to be the go-to person for customers who are visiting DIY Kitchens and looking to add ovens, refrigerators, hobs, and other major domestic appliances to their new kitchens. You will serve as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, troubleshooting usage issues, and ultimately driving sales. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood through your deep understanding of the entire product range and solution-oriented approach. Beyond direct customer interaction, you may also contribute to growing opportunities for the brands in the store.
