As a Rental Sales Advisor within our branches, you are pivotal to the success of the business. You will build relationships with customers on a regular basis both in person and over the phone, aiming to win new business and cement relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen attentively to understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate rental options.
Conduct vehicle inspections and documentation to ensure rentals are in optimal condition.
Process reservations, rental agreements, and payments accurately.
Provide clear and concise explanations of rental terms, conditions, and insurance coverage.
Promote add-on services, such as additional insurance coverage, to enhance customers' rental experience.
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the rental team to manage fleet availability and ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
