Basic Salary:
£21,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months) On Target Earnings:

Whether we are helping people to buy or sell their home, you will need to make them feel welcomed and looked after as soon as you meet them. We provide a Premium Service, so you could be prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings, or booking appointments for additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing. Part of the time you will be in the office helping to generate new business and supporting customers, but if you enjoy being out and about, the viewings will likely be the best part of the job for you! Accompanying prospective buyers to view properties, you will point out the positive attributes of the home, gather feedback, and pass relevant information back to your vendors and branch colleagues. Open Houses are also very popular and time-effective, so you could be hosting these events on behalf of our vendors. Managing social media pages for the branch to ensure quality content is published to promote the beautiful properties and the brand ethos. The Person A positive attitude towards work is essential, along with fantastic ambassadorial qualities representing our company in the best light at all times. A genuine desire to help our customers on their forward journey; you will love seeing your customers’ eyes light up when they find their perfect property! You need to be responsible, reliable, smart in appearance, and have great people and communication skills. A strong work ethic focused on turning the “ordinary” into the “extraordinary”. Our company values are central to our ethos, and we treat customers and colleagues alike with courtesy, honesty, trust, and respect. You will need a great work ethic and matching values with heaps of passion and energy. Basic computer skills are required; however, we will help you learn our internal IT systems. You will need a full driving license and your own car, and be confident in following a busy diary of appointments. Ideally based in Canterbury, Deal, or Dover areas. Competent in creating engaging social media posts and confident with using all social media platforms. IND1
