Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customer base Processing sales orders and pick notes for the relevant branch Processing mixed paint orders with paint room Back-order processing Counter sales support where applicable Communicating regularly with the Sales Manager Skills and Experience
A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service Previous experience in a sales advisor/Customer Services position To be result-driven and highly motivated by delivering and exceeding targets What we offer
