ProCook is on the lookout for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our team! We have 2 x part-time positions available at our ProCook Wembley Store - 1 x 8hrs and 1 x 4hrs. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the friendly face in our stores, providing exceptional service and sharing your knowledge about our products to enhance our customers' shopping experience. A Typical Day at Work:
Welcome customers warmly and assist them with product selections. Engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. Participate in ongoing product training and team meetings. Maintain stock levels and support merchandising efforts. Prepare the store for a new day of sales and customer engagement. Daily Activities:
Greet customers like friends visiting your kitchen. Passionately demonstrate our kitchenware and its applications. Process transactions and assist with returns smoothly. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked. Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and store layout. Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment. Carry out general store responsibilities efficiently. The Ideal Candidate: Passionate about kitchenware and helping customers. Previous retail experience is advantageous. Enthusiastic about meeting sales targets. A team player with a positive outlook. Strong communication skills and attentive to customer needs. Detail-oriented and organised.
