The role of the Central Sales Advisor requires an individual to take responsibility for a range of administrative duties. The appointee will be responsible for providing support with new customer inquiries, preparing estimate quotations, arranging surveys, sales administration, and supporting the business marketing. The role will include working closely with all our teams across our different branches. The appointee must be confident and able to multitask, with a confident manner to communicate clearly and effectively. This role has commission associated with it. Key responsibilities

Answer incoming calls for the sales team, confidently understand customer needs, and handle calls effectively. Respond to customer emails and web inquiries as needed within the specified time frame. Send out initial new business estimates to customers, log customer details and interactions onto CRM, and quote the system when completed. Book survey visits and follow up on all sales leads from inquiries to survey visits. Prepare quotes for surveyors and send out customer order confirmations. Work with other department team members to prepare pre-installation applications. Support the Sales Director and team with other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the sales department. Skills and Attributes required: Computer literate in MS Office suite and online interactive specification portals Able to act with professionalism and integrity when dealing with people Act as a change agent, embedding a continuous improvement mindset Coach and mentor by inspiring and motivating others Able to identify problems and facilitate processes to resolve issues Deploy a structured communication process to filter information throughout the business Experience in the renewable energy industry is highly advantageous Full UK Driving License.
