Sales and Customer Relationship Lead

with previous experience of working to Aerospace standards, based in Derby, Derbyshire. Salary:

Up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Shift pattern:

39 hours per week with some flexibility to starting and finishing hours. Sales and Customer Relationship Lead Responsibilities:

Project management of customer projects into the business including link calls and feedback on progress. Management of the Sales Pipeline with projects in and out and customer feedback. Updating of Sales Metrics in conjunction with the Commercial Manager. Sales activity to new and existing customers. Capable of researching target customers and finding ways into their buying functions in conjunction with the agreed sales plans. Competent with Customer Portals in terms of extracting proposals, managing them, and uploading responses back in. Basic commercial cover on pricing updates, Schedule Agreement Process, and Pricebook updates. Customer and internal problem solving. Advanced Excel skills to support price review, testing, and negotiation preparation. Customer negotiation support, scenario planning, and deal closing in conjunction with the Commercial Manager. Joint ownership of the Customer onboarding matrix. Liaison with different company departments to resolve customer issues and promote satisfaction. About You:

Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards. Have a keen eye for detail. Demonstrates good teamwork, but should also be capable of working individually.
