Sales and Marketing Assistant London Perm Up to £37k DOE Hybrid working after probation (3 days office, 2 days remote) About the Company Our client is a private investment office. The firm has experienced significant growth in recent years and all employees are based in offices located in London. About the Role

This role reports to the Marketing Manager and supports the Business Development team in Marketing and Sales activities. The responsibilities include event coordination, content creation, and administrative support. Responsibilities Maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring call reports are logged accurately. Tracking lead generation and reporting findings. Coordinating and documenting business development activities. Designing and formatting professional sales documents and presentations, including printing when necessary. Preparing detailed agendas and reports for internal sales meetings, capturing minutes, and sharing actionable points. Creating engaging LinkedIn content to highlight marketing initiatives and enhance online presence. Supporting the Marketing Manager with distributing collateral through eMarketing platforms, maintaining mailing lists, and creating marketing materials. Organising and managing events by coordinating invitations, liaising with venues, and ensuring smooth execution on the day of the event. About You

To succeed in this role, you should have: Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Word. Excellent communication abilities paired with discretion across all levels. A proactive, flexible attitude, with a readiness to assist the broader team when required. Interest and experience in leveraging social media for professional purposes. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on enhancing existing processes. A graduate-level qualification with 1-2 years' experience in Marketing or Graphic Design ideally. Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. The ability to remain calm under pressure and work autonomously. Exceptional writing skills to support content creation and communication.
