As the Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator, you’ll create engaging content for a variety of channels as well as assist in executing the overall marketing plan. The role also encompasses customer relationship management, where you’ll be involved in contacting and nurturing leads in our CRM system. This role is hands-on and rewarding, where your work will have meaningful impact on the company’s performance. You'll receive the support and guidance you need while having the chance to take ownership of specific marketing activities. Assist with writing catchy, engaging content for social media, websites, blogs and newsletters Engage in social media presence and work as part of a team to develop social media campaigns Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content Analyse and report on the success of social media projects Gather feedback from external stakeholders Assist with activities on the marketing plan Manage your daily workflow in conjunction with the marketing plan Follow-up and nurture leads using HubSpot (CRM System) Update HubSpot as needed following IOW Group’s user guide Liaise with IOW Group partners to gain insight into installations across multiple applications Requirements

GCSE’s A* - C/9-4, English GCSE A*-B/9-6 preferred Beneficial

A-Level in English Literature or Language Degree/Diploma in Marketing or similar course OR 1+ year experience within a marketing, copywriting or content production role. Essential Skills:

Creative flair Strong desire to learn and grow Self-motivated and well organised Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Able to work individually and as part of a team High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work to strict deadlines Beneficial

Experience working with Adobe Applications, specifically InDesign, Adobe Express and Premier Pro Basic knowledge of Outlook Basic understanding of Marketing principles Hands on experience with Microsoft Office programs Company Benefits
