Sales & Marketing Coordinator

due to further expansion.

Position Overview: As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customers and raising brand awareness. Your primary responsibilities will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within these key areas.

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Planning and organizing all marketing initiatives, including managing online presence, marketing campaigns, and events. Marketing Analysis:

Reporting on results from marketing initiatives and their successes. Business Strategy:

Work with senior management to implement strategic business development plans to expand our presence in target markets and achieve revenue targets. Sales Administration:

Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our app development, cyber security, and cloud services offerings. Customer Relations:

Coordinate the sales process, from initial contact through to scoping, proposals, and contract agreement. Ensure ongoing account management for customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.

About You:

Proven experience in sales, or a related role, ideally within the technology industry. Strong interest in market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in the relevant sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Personable, determined, ambitious, and results-driven. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Company Overview: The purpose of the company is to help its customers take control of their IT estate. This means taking control of the technology they have already invested in; ensuring that they are achieving an optimal return on that investment. Ensuring that their IT estate is fully audited and documented; delivering an IT estate over which they have full transparency, control, and portability; as well as being fully scalable. With our client, there aren't any onerous long-running contracts; the aim is to build a lasting relationship based on excellent customer service and value for money.

Whilst helping customers establish control over their IT estate, the Digital Transformation team will identify areas for automation and efficiency improvement.
