Some of the responsibilities may include: Providing clients with expert knowledge of the hotel product and services Ensuring input and maintenance of sales in Envision according to the data input standards Completion of month end corporate, leisure and consortia production reports Conducting research on market trends, competitor activity, and potential partnership opportunities Assisting with Meeting and Events proposals, contracts and planning when needed Arranging VIP and personalized experiences for high end and VIP guests Coordinating new marketing collateral when needed, i.e. new event menus, factsheet, presentations About You: 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality or hotel industry. Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, trends, and customer expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with hotel systems. Experience with social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-end clientele. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach to marketing and sales.
