The Role As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will define and deliver the company growth and development strategies through strategic customer relationship management, continued development of the company's facilities management capability and execution of the Sales and Marketing plan. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Define and maintain the company’s CRM model and matrix. Ensure existing customer needs are met while acquiring new customers. Lead negotiations and manage the deal-making process. Facilities Management Strategy: Develop strategic service offerings and sector development plans. Maintain commercial viability across FM contracts. Growth and Brand Development: Create and execute growth strategies and detailed business plans. Develop marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and credibility. Team Leadership: Mentor and manage sales, bid, and marketing teams. Evaluate and align resources for optimal performance. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee P&L and key performance indicators. Maintain a robust pipeline and transparent CRM reporting.
