Circa £28,000 dependent on experience. Contract:

We supply and install a wide range of doors and windows for large scale new build and refurbishment, private and public housing projects. About the role: The Sales and Marketing Executive position has arisen from a period of exceptional growth within us Timber Technology. You will be joining a dynamic, successful and highly driven team committed to delivering the best Sales and Marketing support to the business. Based in Whiteinch, Glasgow, with easily accessible offices and on-site parking, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful estimating team within an established but growing company that is keen to promote a flexible and positive work environment. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing the company marketing plan, including re-launching the current website, ongoing upkeep, reporting and spreadsheet maintenance, making key marketing contacts with our customers and writing bids for tenders. Marketing experience is desired; strong excel skills are necessary. Responsibilities: Brand Management and Overall Marketing Strategy, including products, LinkedIn and marketing network LinkedIn regular updates and social media calendar Case studies and project write ups liaising with our customers marketing teams to gather images, research and testimonials Writing, designing and updating all marketing material, technical data sheets and any other marketing materials as required Event Management Sales Support & Business Planning assistance Research and Market Intel Website Development and Upkeep current project to re-launch website Integrate with External Companies on Graphic Design/where necessary for re-brand Communication strategy aligned with Mission, Vision and Values Reporting and Analysis including end of month report pack and forecasting reports, any ad hoc reports and analysis as required Project Management identifying areas of efficiency improvement, designing the process, tools and reports, rolling out new processes and changes Bid Writing for tenders for work Submission of PQQs/Portals - kept up to date with certification and compliance Sales Office Admin Management and overall responsibility order book, spreadsheets Net Zero awareness and roadmap Social Value and Sustainability Mailbox management Ad hoc tasks and support If you feel you have the skills and experience to be successful in this role then apply today!
