Sales and Marketing Executive , you’ll drive business growth by managing leads, supporting marketing campaigns, and enhancing client engagement. You’ll contribute to content creation, award submissions, and case studies while collaborating with partners to uncover new opportunities. With a focus on reporting, analysis, and team collaboration, this role offers a dynamic environment to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and digital strategy. Main responsibilities: Manage and triage inbound leads, ensuring prompt and effective responses to nurture opportunities. Act as a key interface for a lead generation partner, maintaining clear and continuous communication to optimise lead conversion. Support lead generation campaigns by assisting in the planning and execution of strategic activities that drive new business. Help organise and facilitate new business events, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement with potential clients. Post social media content in line with brand guidelines to boost visibility and engagement. Support the creation of case studies by gathering and organising relevant data and information from projects and stakeholders. Contribute to partner marketing efforts, working alongside internal teams. Collaborate on new business activities with partners, enhancing mutual opportunities for growth. Support lead generation and marketing reporting by maintaining accurate records and analytics, providing insights into campaign performance and areas for improvement. Assist in content production by drafting materials and coordinating input from creative and marketing teams. Experience and skills required: Strong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms. Eagerness to learn and grow within the business development and marketing functions. Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Microsoft Office skills such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Desirable experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Working knowledge of Marketing systems such as email and/or websites.
