We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role requires a strong leader with the ability to analyse market trends, manage sales teams, and develop effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have wide experiences and a proven track record in driving sales growth. Sales Strategy : Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to boost revenue across food, beverage, and cocktails offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, influencers, and event organisers to secure large group bookings, private events, and VIP experiences. Collaborate with the operations team to optimise guest experiences and capitalize on sales opportunities. Marketing Strategy : Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, and offline) to increase brand visibility and attract new clients. Manage the venue’s social media presence, including content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships. Oversee paid advertising efforts, SEO, email marketing, and promotions, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement. Track and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs. Event Planning : Plan, coordinate, and market special events and seasonal promotions to draw large crowds and enhance the venue’s reputation. Collaborate with third-party promoters to create and execute weekly or monthly events aligned with the brand’s image and goals. Business Development : Identify and target new business opportunities, including collaborations with local businesses and tourism boards. Attend networking events and industry functions to promote the venue and establish new partnerships. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Work with the venue’s management team to synchronise marketing strategies with operational capabilities. Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques and customer engagement. Requirements Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential with exceptional experience). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality sector, particularly in cafes, bars, restaurants, lounges, or nightclubs. Proven track record of driving sales growth in high-capacity venues and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, enabling informed decision-making. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and event management software. Creative and innovative thinker, capable of executing campaigns that set the venue apart from competitors.
