25,000 - 40,000 Depending on experience We are working on behalf of a driven specialist construction company who are searching for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Their focus is on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions for their clients. To support their growth and expand their reach, they are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join the team.

Role Summary

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving the growth strategy by connecting with architects, promoting the specialist construction services, and generating qualified sales leads. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong blend of marketing expertise and a willingness to engage directly with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the services. Create compelling content and materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, email campaigns). Manage the company's social media presence, including LinkedIn and other platforms.

Social Selling: Build and nurture relationships with architects and key decision-makers online. Use platforms like LinkedIn and other social networks to engage, educate, and convert prospects.

Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients, primarily architects and design firms. Call, follow up on leads, and schedule meetings to discuss services. Maintain and update a CRM system with lead details and activity logs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the construction team to understand the technical aspects of our services. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to improve outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the construction or architecture industry. Experience with cold calling and social selling techniques. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Skills: Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms and CRM software. Ability to craft persuasive messaging and engage with a professional audience.

Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and results-driven. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Eager to learn about specialist construction services and communicate their value.
