The Opportunity: This is a high-risk, high-reward opportunity for a proactive, self-starting Sales & Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for actively reaching out to businesses to bring them to us. Whether through phone calls, door-to-door visits, emailing, or any other creative approach you can devise, you’ll be essential in building our customer base. As we’re a startup, the sky’s the limit, and your success could lead to significant rewards, including potential equity in the company. Role Overview: We need someone with the drive and determination to reach potential clients and get them interested in our services. You won’t rely on online advertising — you’ll be using direct outreach methods to introduce our solutions to businesses that could benefit from them. This position is fully commission-based, with huge earning potential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Direct Outreach:
Use phone calls, door-to-door visits, emailing, and any other strategies you can devise to reach potential clients in industries like retail, hospitality, and services. Generate Leads:
Proactively contact businesses, understand their needs, and engage them in discussions about how EPOS Bookings’ solutions can help improve their operations. Sales Cycle Management:
You’ll pass the leads onto the EPOS Bookings team for onboarding and follow-up, but you’ll play a key role in initiating and building that relationship. Client Acquisition:
Bring in new clients, ensuring they’re aware of our range of software, hardware, and service offerings. Creative Approaches:
Take initiative and be creative in your approach to lead generation and client acquisition, adapting your methods to the market and client needs. Compensation Structure: Up to 30% commission
on monthly recurring subscription fees for the first 12 months of each new client you bring in. High earning potential based on performance, with significant financial rewards for successful client acquisition. Once you hit agreed targets, there’s the possibility of negotiating a
full-time position
and becoming a
partner with up to 10% of company profit share . (Partnership would be pre-agreed through objectives) Requirements: Proven experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, or cold calling (experience in B2B sales is a plus). Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth in a start-up environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Comfort with outreach methods such as cold calling, emailing, and in-person visits. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
