We’re looking for an ambitious, organised, and business-savvy Sales and Project Manager to join our small team and help grow Antropy to the next level. About Us

Started in the summer of 2010, Antropy designs, builds, supports, and hosts online shops for a wide range of clients that have included Pizza Express, The Mirror, UCL, Coca-Cola, Ben & Jerry's, and many other big names as well as small family businesses that sell online. Our talented web developers enjoy automating business processes and maximising online sales for ourselves and our clients, working from our small friendly Crawley office we’ve retained that exciting start-up feel and cultivated a fun but productive working environment. About the Role

You will be responsible for managing our small team of developers, designers, and digital marketers to ensure their projects are running smoothly and are completed quickly. You’ll be talking to clients, ensuring they’re happy, and helping to find new ways we can assist them with further projects. You'll be engaging with new leads to sell our services and facilitate their onboarding with us. You will be responsible for monitoring financial metrics and ensuring we hit our financial goals. You'll also play a key role in identifying and making contact with new markets and clients to further grow the business. As a small company of less than 10, you’ll have the opportunity to develop the role and make a significant impact on the entire business. The starting salary for this role is around £30k depending on experience. About You

You’re enthusiastic, self-motivated, very organised, and looking for a new challenge where you can really make a difference rather than becoming just another small cog in a big machine. You will be naturally organised and able to help motivate the other staff to complete projects on time, ensuring clients are responded to and satisfied, while always keeping an eye on the numbers. You will enjoy working with people as well as the latest gadgets, technology, and software, and possess a strong business acumen, constantly seeking ways to generate business and close deals. You should be adept at engaging with new people and have proven sales ability. You should have some proven experience that demonstrates your capability in this role. How to Apply
