Radar Healthcare's new Sales and Revenue Performance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Revenue Performance Manager to join our team at Radar Healthcare, and drive growth through strategic sales optimization. In this pivotal role, you will combine analytical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to enhance sales processes and boost revenue. You'll develop and implement strategies aligned with our growth objectives, analyze sales metrics to identify improvement areas, and optimize team performance. Collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, and other stakeholders, you'll provide actionable insights and best practices. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools is essential to streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy. Be the catalyst for sustainable revenue growth. What you’ll be doing to make a difference:

1. Sales Performance Optimization: Analyse and monitor sales metrics (e.g., win rates, deal size, sales cycle length) to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Develop and implement sales playbooks, processes, and best practices to enhance team productivity. Work closely with sales leadership to provide actionable insights and strategies to improve individual and team performance. Work closely with marketing leadership to optimise lead acquisition strategies and over lead performance. 2. Revenue Growth Strategies: Design and oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and goal-setting processes. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and revenue-driving initiatives. 3. CRM and Sales Tools Management: Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and other sales tools to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy. Introduce and implement new technology solutions to enhance sales and revenue operations. 4. Team Enablement and Training: Develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills of the sales team, including product knowledge, selling techniques, and CRM usage. Provide coaching and performance feedback to sales reps in partnership with sales leaders. 5. Reporting and Insights: Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders. Deliver regular reports on sales and revenue performance to senior leadership. 6. Revenue Operations Collaboration: Partner with finance and operations teams to align on pricing models, sales compensation plans, and quota setting. Ensure revenue processes and systems support accurate billing, renewals, and financial reporting. Your journey so far...

5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, or performance analysis, preferably within a SaaS or technology company. Proven experience in designing and implementing sales performance strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management abilities.
