As our Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth by engaging potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your efforts will directly impact our business growth, and you'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and success. Responsibilities

Calling potential new customers through warm and cold leads with the aim of setting appointments for our Business Development and Account Managers. Articulate the value proposition of our services and overcome objections to schedule appointments with future customers. Utilise our CRM system to manage and update customer information, track sales activities, and effectively manage leads. Proactively follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to understand existing quotes and follow up with customers to close sales opportunities. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings, target market, and competitive landscape. Compensation and Benefits

£28,000 - £30,000 salary per annum. Uncapped commission structure paid monthly. Monday to Friday – Day shifts. 5% Contributory Pension scheme. Family Life assurance of 3 times life cover salary. Experience in a sales or appointment setting role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, demonstrating familiarity with sales processes and the ability to effectively set appointments. Proficiency in working with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho) and leveraging CRM tools for lead management, sales activities, and reporting. Sales-driven Mindset: Results-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets, demonstrate a hunger for sales success, and proactively seek opportunities to drive results. Self-motivation and Proactivity: Self-driven and proactive approach to work, ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and take the initiative to generate leads and engage potential customers.
