Sales Assistant - Chichester Job Description Team Frames Limited specialises in the sale of windows, doors, and conservatories to the trade. Due to the rapid growth within our business, we need a Sales Assistant for our brand new Chichester branch. This role will require someone highly motivated, who has a good eye for detail and is driven to succeed. We are looking for a person who will feel confident dealing with new and existing customers, ensuring good customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. You will be a focused, well-organised, dedicated individual with a passion for providing outstanding customer service and the drive to deliver success. Our ideal candidate must be comfortable progressing a customer enquiry from start to finish, from the first meeting through to the job being delivered. This role supports the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch. Key responsibilities: To promote sales at the branch by obtaining new leads that convert to quotes and in turn orders. Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date and utilised to its full potential. To oversee the opportunity pipeline and actively follow up on outstanding quotations with the remit of converting them to sales. Provide a professional, dedicated and customer-focused service to all customers; keeping them updated on their quotations and orders, whilst correctly interpreting any requests they have, in a timely manner. To meet and manage customer expectations and to escalate any issues that may arise. To ensure that all established administrative routines and records are kept accurately and up to date. To communicate by email in a clear, concise manner and by telephone in a polite confident way. To carry out canvassing activities relating to your associated branch or to other branches if required. Assisting in the warehouse when required: putting away glass, and frames, helping load the van, assisting customers with collections; selling ancillaries, etc. General requirements: To remain professional at all times with colleagues, customers & suppliers. To maintain the confidentiality of all company information. To investigate, propose & implement improved processes within the branch. Time management & attention to detail. Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ensure all customers’ details are correct in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). To assist other branches with their workload as required. To keep the branch warehouse & office tidy at all times. Job Types:
