Align-Pilates, a leading brand of Pilates apparatus, is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support our ambitious growth plans. We seek an individual with a confident and driven approach, capable of delivering excellent customer service, managing deliveries, and efficiently handling various administrative and sales-related tasks across departments. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:

Confidently handle inbound enquiries about our products over the phone, ensuring that customers receive accurate, helpful information and a positive experience. Proactively reach out to customers regarding deliveries or potential issues, always seeking to resolve problems independently and efficiently. Sales Support:

Support the team by confidently discussing product offerings with customers, identifying potential sales opportunities, and assisting in driving revenue. Order Management:

Manage order processing and returns, coordinating smooth deliveries to homes and studios through effective calendar and diary management. Administrative Duties:

Provide administrative and CRM support across multiple departments, including marketing & sales, ensuring smooth business operations. Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication via phone, email, and social media, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently without micro-management. The role offers opportunities for growth in areas such as sales, account management & administration depending on your interests and career goals. We would welcome applications from candidates, preferably with experience in a similar role, but certainly that has; Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office. High level of attention to detail. A knowledge of administrative procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Please note:
