Assists customers using advanced knowledge of merchandise and customer service skills with more complex customer requests. Resolves customer issues using store guidelines; escalates complex issues to the next level. Impacts the sales results and overall customer experience of the assigned merchandise area. Is able to work in multiple merchandise areas. Able to communicate and give feedback. Leads by example and is an expert within their specialist areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Requires broad knowledge of the merchandise in multiple product areas in the store. Able to communicate and share knowledge with other Associates. Excellent Customer Service and the ability to adhere to the Selling Culture Sales Model. Demonstrates One Team, One Family focused on the Customer. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Able to adapt quickly to change and support others. Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Essential previous exposure within a retail environment. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrates an ability to engage others, utilizing Business Tools. Ability to take ownership of tasks. Required language: local language, English to an intermediate level.
