Spa Sales Associate Needed in North Carolina

Epic Hot Tubs is a hot tub & swim spa dealer in Raleigh, Durham, & Pineville NC. We are looking for a Sales Associate who is driven to succeed and ready to help the company grow from the ground up. We are not a traditional retail store that’s just waiting for walk-ins. We are a modern sales company using modern sales techniques. We expect a sales associate to identify qualified contacts, create contact lists & email lists and contact them until they make a decision to buy or not. The ideal candidate will be driven to set and meet sales goals, work well with a variety of people and have a constant desire to grow and create change. Responsibilities

Generate leads, close sales, and achieve sales targets for hot tubs, swim spas, chemicals, water testing, and other products. Work closely with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and recommend appropriate solutions. Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Stay updated with product features and maintain high standards of store presentation. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Warehouse & Inventory Management

Manage a compact warehouse efficiently, ensuring optimal organization and space utilization. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels. Prep products for delivery, organize stock, shipping, and receiving. Operate forklift safely and efficiently. Customer Service & Store Presentation

Provide exceptional customer service, from initial contact through post-sale support. Maintain a visually appealing store environment in line with company standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall store performance. Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on achieving sales targets. Hands-on experience with warehouse management, including forklift operation. Solid understanding of inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain high satisfaction levels. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with hot tub and swim spa products is a plus. High school diploma required; relevant certifications or additional training is advantageous. Experience

Hot tub or swimming pool: 1 year (Preferred) Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) HubSpot or CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
