Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will represent the company and our products, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide detailed product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Be aware of personal targets, including KPIs, and support the management team in achieving department and store targets.

Understand and implement training provided via the company Logbook to maximize sales.

Create and maintain a store environment conducive to generating sales.

Cultivate and maintain client relationships to drive sales and increase retention.

Actively participate in training sessions proposed by the company.

Assist in visual merchandising and display activities to maintain high store standards.

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic and personable with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.

Numerical ability and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
